Serve hot. Ingredients:
1 lb chopped alligator meat |
1 egg |
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions |
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery |
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley |
2 tablespoons chopped shallots |
2 teaspoons lemon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup breadcrumbs |
flour, to dredge |
1 cup cooking oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and form into 1 balls. 2. Allow to set for 1 hour. 3. Dredge with flour and fry until brown. |
