Ingredients:
1 lb new potato
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Bring potatoes to boil in a pot of cold water.
2. Simmer until fork tender.
3. Remove potatoes, cool slightly, remove skin, toss in other ingredients.
4. Wrap in aluminum foil.
