All white omellete for everyday breakfast Ingredients:
1 tsp grapeseed oil |
1 onion |
1 clove garlic |
2 raw egg whites |
1 tbs 2% milk |
Directions:
1. warm the oil in a pan and soften onions and garlic 2. When they are soft, put in milk and minutes later when it is hot, add the egg whites. 3. Scramble it all and let it cook on high heat until solid (or texture desired). 4. Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy! |
