This cornbread is moist and sweet. Ingredients:
1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy corn muffin mix |
1 teaspoon dried onion |
1 egg |
1/4 cup oil |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated (use extra sharp) |
1 (8 1/4 ounce) can cream-style corn |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well. Lightly grease an 8X8 baking pan. bake 350 degrees until lightly golden brown about 15-20 minutes. |
