All-Purpose Grilling Rub - Dairy Free |

This rub will work for most anything at the barbecue grill. Some like it hot, others don't. Leave out the cayenne pepper or even the dry mustard if you like it mild. Ingredients:
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar |
1/4 cup sweet paprika |
3 tablespoons black pepper |
3 tablespoons kosher salt |
1 tablespoon celery salt |
1 tablespoon celery seed |
1 tablespoon ground mustard |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon cayenne powder |
Directions:
1. Mix all of ingredients, rub onto your chicken, turkey, beef or pork. 2. Works on all. 3. Leftover rub can be stored in an airtight container such as a canning jar or a zipped storage bag. |
