I use this GF recipe for everything. I've made bread, cookies, and pie crusts with it. Ingredients:
6 cups rice flour |
2 cups potato starch |
1 cup tapioca flour |
2 tablespoons xanthan gum |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well. 2. Because this has xanthan gum added, you do not need to add it in if a recipe has it listed. |
