I have been trying new flavors and healthier foods, and I wanted to have a quick and wholesome meal that could give me energy by using natural ingredients. I just started improvising by mixing everything I could think of in the blender, and it came out delicious! This smoothie is rich in protein, omega 3s, and healthy fats. Ingredients:
1/2 cup strawberry |
1 banana |
2 cups unsweetened almond milk |
1/2 cup soft tofu |
1 tablespoon raw honey |
1 teaspoon chia seeds |
1 teaspoon ground flax seeds |
1/4 cup rolled oats |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately. |
