16 oz all natural crunchy peanut butter |
8 scoops whey protein powder chocolate body fortress |
1 cup raw natural honey |
105 g (1 cup) red mill 5 grain rolled whole grain cereal |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds |
1/4 cup flax seeds |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together well and roll into bite sized balls. refrigerate or freeze. They will melt if exposed to heat for long periods of time. |
