1 lb extra lean ground beef |
1 onion, chopped |
3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked |
3 1/2 cups water |
1 (24 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce |
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced |
1 red pepper, chopped |
1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Brown meat in Dutch oven or deep large skillet; drain. Add onions; cook and stir 5 minute or until crisp-tender. 2. Stir in pasta, water and sauce. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 15 min., stirring occasionally. Add vegetables; cook 5 min., stirring frequently. Top with cheese. |
