My own latest toolkit(if I may say so) that helps me when I'm upset n need to eat. I am a pretty emotional eater, so this helps instead of Kit-Kat or After-Eight chocolates.
Ingredients:
2 cups raisins
5 cups kellogg's choco wheat flakes
2 cups honey nut cracker crumbs
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 cups cashews, broken
2 cups unsalted pistachios
Directions:
1. Take a big ice-cream box you no longer use.
2. Throw everything in it.
3. Eat when hungry.
4. It will make a healthy snack.
