Pumpkin muffins= LOVE! Pumpkin muffins that are actually healthy= superLOVE! Ingredients:
1 c whole-wheat flour |
1 c flour |
3/4 c sugar (or stevia, if you want really healthy) |
1 tsp baking soda |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1/2 tsp cardamom |
1/4 tsp nutmeg |
1/4 c vegetable oil |
1 c pumpkin puree |
1 large egg |
1 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk |
1/4 c dried cranberries |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine. 3. Fill muffin cups and bake for 22 min. 4. Enjoy! |
