All-Fruit Breakfast Smoothie |

There are a lot of us out there having just fruit in the morning, Somersizers, Fit-for-Lifers, or just plain fruit enthusiasts. I have this smoothie several times a week. I change the ingredients depending on the season. The recipe should make two servings, but I usually drink the whole delicious batch myself. Ingredients:
1/2 small honeydew melon, seeded |
1 orange, peeled and sectioned |
1 apple, cored and sectioned |
1 peach, pitted |
10 strawberries, hulled |
1/2 cup pure oranges or 1/2 cup apple juice |
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients into a blender. 2. Whizz for about 15 seconds. 3. Pour into glasses and enjoy. |
