Great for a good Sunday meal! Cook the meat all night then add the veggies before heading to church. When you get home, all you got to do is serve it up!! Ingredients:
1-2 lbs stew beef or roast |
4 or 5 medium potatoes, quartered |
1 bag baby carrots |
2 large onions, quartered |
1 pkg sliced mushrooms |
1 bag frozen string green beans |
1 can cream mushroom soup |
1 can french onion soup |
spash of worchestire sauce |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Place meat in bottom of crockpot 2. Pour on some worchestire sauce 3. Place all veggies on top of the meat 4. Stir together the soups 5. Pour over veggies and meat 6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper 7. Cover and cook up to 10 hours 8. **if cooking for a next day lunch, cook meat by itself all night with about 3 tbsp of water and some worchestire sauce. then add veggies at least by 7:30 if eating at 12** 9. **if cooking to eat for supper, cook everything together up to 10 hours** 10. ***Serves great with some good crusty rolls*** |
