I´m looking for the best Oat-bran muffins, and this recipe is great to start my search, hope you like it, my family loved it! Ingredients:
185 grs self raising flour |
75 grs. all bran (cereal) |
95 grs. brown sugar |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
2 eggs |
1 cup buttermilk |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 190c degrees or 375F. 2. In a large bowl combine flour, all bran and brown sugar 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together oil and eggs and add to the dry ingredients, Add buttermilk and mix until just combined 4. Spoon Mixture into lightly greased 1/2 cup capacity muffin tins. 5. Bake for 25 to 30 min. 6. Turn on to wire racks to cool 7. Enjoy! |
