A quick, healthy bran pancake that's high in fibre and low in fat. Serve with fresh fruit and yoghurt for a complete breakfast
Ingredients:
4 egg whites
1/2 cup all-bran cereal
15 g linseed (1 tablespoon)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons splenda no calorie
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
Directions:
1. Place the all bran, egg, cinnamon and splenda and linseed (flaxseed) in a blender.
2. Mix all ingredients and pour into skillet with some olive oil (I use spray) until the edges get golden.
