A quick, healthy bran pancake that's high in fibre and low in fat. Serve with fresh fruit and yoghurt for a complete breakfast Ingredients:
4 egg whites |
1/2 cup all-bran cereal |
15 g linseed (1 tablespoon) |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 tablespoons splenda no calorie |
1/2 teaspoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Place the all bran, egg, cinnamon and splenda and linseed (flaxseed) in a blender. 2. Mix all ingredients and pour into skillet with some olive oil (I use spray) until the edges get golden. |
