Healthy Ingredients:
4 egg whites |
1/2 cup all-bran cereal |
cinnamon |
splenda sugar substitute |
pam cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Place the All Bran, egg, cinnamon and Splenda in a blender. 2. Mix all ingredients and pour into skillet with some Pam until the edges get golden. 3. Spray some more Pam and flip. Enjoy! |
