Ingredients:
1 cup(s) all bran original cereal |
1 cup(s) all purpose flour |
1 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1/3 cup(s) buttermilk |
1 egg |
1/2 cup(s) honey |
1/4 cup(s) oil |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Stir together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Set aside. 2. In medium bowl, combine cereal and buttermilk. Let stand about 2 minutes until cereal softens. Add egg, honey and oil. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Pour into 9 2 1/2 in. muffin cups coated with cooking spray. 3. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. |
