1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
2 tablespoons dried onion flakes |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1 tablespoon ground mustard |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months. 2. Rub over steaks, pork or chicken; refrigerate up to 4 hours before grilling or broiling. |
