This is a good spread to use for sandwiches, on crackers or for stuffing celery Ingredients:
1 large can of evaporated milk |
1 pound american cheese, grated |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 7 oz can of pimentos, drained and chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
dash of cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Scald milk in double boiler. 2. Add remaining ingredients; cook, stirring until cheese melts. 3. Remove from heat; cool. |
