Ingredients:
2 tablespoons lobster base |
8 (5-ounce) lobster tails |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 pound jumbo shrimp |
2 pounds mussels, cleaned and debearded |
1/2 pound chopped clams |
3 pounds whitefish, cut into 1-inch cubes |
salt |
white pepper |
1 teaspoon garlic |
1 pound cooked linguine |
alfalfa sprouts, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Bring 2 quarts water to boil, add lobster base. Add lobster tails and cook for 5 minutes. 2. Add olive oil to a large skillet. Saute the shrimp, mussels, clams, and whitefish, covered, for 7 to 10 minutes. Season with salt, white pepper, and garlic. Place Sauteed seafood on bed of linguine. Set two lobster tails on side and garnish with alfalfa sprouts. |
