This is a recipe that I haven't tried yet, but it sounded so delicious that I though I'd share it with everyone - Enjoy!! Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese |
8 -10 artichoke hearts |
1 cup tomato salsa |
1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Spread cream cheese in 9x13 glass baking dish. Crush artichoke hearts with your finger; spread over cream cheese. Cover with salsa, and top with cheese,. 2. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes, until cheese starts to bubble. Dip will be extremely hot; allow to cool 5-10 minutes. 3. Serve with nachos or grilled panini bread. |
