I created this Buffalo Wing recipe for Football Sunday's at my house. They are a hit... GO PATS!! Ingredients:
chicken wings, trimmed, tips cut |
1 bottle of hot sauce (such as red hot) |
1 stick of butter |
2-3 cloves garlic |
kosher salt to taste |
cayenne pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Fry trimmed wings in deep fryer, 2. Put garlic cloves through a garlic press, and used Kosher salt rubbed into the garlic with the back of a knife, until a smooth paste forms. 3. In a saucepan, heat hot sauce and butter until melted. Add garlic paste and cayenne pepper to taste. 4. Toss with fried chicken wings...enjoy! 5. Happy Football Season!! |
