My own spin on deviled eggs compiled from many other recipes. Ingredients:
3 eggs, hard boiled |
2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon spicy brown mustard |
1 dash pepper |
1 dash salt |
pickle juice |
Directions:
1. Mash the yokes of the eggs into bowl and mix in remaining ingredients. 2. Place in zip lock bag and cut tip out to pipe into egg white halves. |
