Alfredo Sauce With Crab Meat |

This is a thick and creamy Alfredo sauce. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter |
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
2 cups half-and-half |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
6 ounces crabmeat, cut into small chunks |
12 ounces linguine |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a sauce pan. Stir in the flour, and cook until the mixture thickens. 2. Whisk in the half-and-half and stir until the mixture forms a thick sauce. 3. Stir in the cheese, white pepper, pepper and the crab meat. Heat until the cheese is fully melted. 4. Use extra half-and-half if the sauce is too thick for your taste. |
