We got this recipe from the guy that we get our seafood from. Goes well over his lobster ravioli or some crab fettucini. Ingredients:
i used a shallot and a clove of garlic |
half pint whipping cream |
1 egg yolk |
couple of palmfuls of fresh shredded parmasan cheese |
cracked black pepper |
Directions:
1. Saute your choice of veggies till they just become soft...I used a shallot and a clove of garlic~can use onions, green peppers, broccoli..... 2. half pint whipping cream 3. 1 egg yolk 4. ~blend together with fork while cold~ 5. add whipping cream mixture to the medium hot pan of veggies and stir constantly, let come to a boil and then lower temp and reduce to thicken.... 6. after thickened add a couple of palmfuls of fresh shredded Parmasan cheese, stir till melted 7. Season with cracked black pepper 8. add your fav cooked pasta and meat...this was an excellent sauce with lobster ravioli and then I did it again with fettucini and crab meat |
