a lovely after dinner treat Ingredients:
4 ounces espresso |
1/2 cinnamon stick (3-inch long) |
4 teaspoons creme de cacao |
2 teaspoons brandy |
whipped cream |
grated semisweet chocolate (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. Break cinnamon stick into small pieces and add to hot espresso and let sit for 1 minute. 2. Add crème de cacao and brandy, and stir gently. 3. Pour into demitasse cups. 4. Top with a bit of whipped cream and grated chocolate. |
