Instead of using water, I substitute it with beer and wine giving this recipe a much more flavorful taste. Ingredients:
2 cups white rice |
1/2 cup white wine |
1/4 cup red wine |
6 ounces bottles beer |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic |
1 pinch salt |
1 pinch black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon parsley |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together well in a rice cooker and cook till done. 2. Fluff with fork and enjoy. |
