While searching for a recipe for Mocha Valencia, I found this one on Melantha's Incandesant Blog(archives). I haven't tried it yet, but will post a review. Ingredients:
2 fluid ounces espresso |
1 fluid ounce smirnoff orange twist vodka |
1 fluid ounce chocolate syrup |
vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. Pour vodka, syrup and 2 scoops ice cream into a large mug. 2. Brew esspresso normally and add to mug. 3. Stir until well blended. 4. Microwave to warm if necessary. |
