This recipe multiplies up very easily, and sometimes I use the beef broth that doesn't need to be diluted. Just make sure to keep the liquid in a roughly 50% tomato soup 50% beef broth proportion. We usually have King's Hawaiian Bread with this. I prefer sweet sausage but you could use hot or make the meatballs from hamburger, etc. The type of meat you use will change the flavor of the soup. Ingredients:
1 lb italian sausage |
1 can tomato soup |
1 can beef broth |
1 can kidney bean |
1/2 bag any frozen vegetables (or more) |
Directions:
1. Form sausage into meatballs and brown. 2. Pour off grease, add soups and 2 cansfull of water, beans (undrained) and veggies. 3. Simmer until done. |
