A truly fruity punch Ingredients:
3/4 cup water |
2 tablespoons chopped gingerroot |
2 cups guava juice |
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 1/2 cups finely chopped pineapple |
1 cup sugar |
4 cups pineapple juice |
Directions:
1. Add 1/4 cup water to ginger root. 2. Boil for 3 minutes and then strain. 3. Add the liquid to the guava, lemon and pineapple juices. 4. Make a syrup of sugar and remaining water and cool. 5. Combine the syrup with juices and pineapple. 6. Chill thoroughly. |
