A tasty meat-cheese-lettuce salad Ingredients:
1 small head lettuce, torn in bite size pieces |
4 ounces bologna, cut in strips |
4 ounces sliced salami, cut in strips |
1 (4 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese |
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced |
pepper |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup creamy french dressing |
Directions:
1. Place lettuce in salad bowl. 2. Atop lettuce group the bologna, salami, cheese, and egg slices. 3. Season with pepper. 4. Combine mayo and dressing; spoon over salad and toss lightly. 5. Chill till served. |
