Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour |
4 eggs, beaten |
1 cup light corn syrup |
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell |
3/4 cup pecan halves |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and flour in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, syrup, and butter; beat well. Stir in chopped pecans. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Arrange pecan halves on top of pie. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes or until set. |
