From the Aish Hatorah Kosher for Pesach Cookbook, in response to a request. Ingredients:
3 cups potatoes, grated |
3 tablespoons onions, grated |
4 tablespoons oil |
3 eggs |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/3 cup potato flour |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs until thick. 2. Stir in potatoes and rest of ingredients. 3. Grease dish. 4. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour until browned. |
