2 egg yolks |
2 garlic cloves, chopped |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
2 teaspoons grated lemon rind |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1/2 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Process first 9 ingredients in a blender until smooth. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in the oil until the mixture is thickened and emulsified. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
