Ingredients:
2 slabs ahi tuna |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/2 cup olive oil |
worcestershire sauce, to taste |
1 tablespoon minced ginger |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
Directions:
1. Preheat grill. 2. Place tuna in a glass bowl. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over the tuna. Marinate tuna for at least 1 hour. 3.
