Ingredients:
6 ounces fresh yellow fin tuna |
1 cup organic spring greens |
1 cup organic romaine lettuce |
1/2 scallion |
1/8 cup celery |
1/8 cup dried cranberries |
1/8 cup juillienned carrot |
1/3 cup rice |
1 tbl.macadaima nuts |
1 teaspoon white and black sesame seed |
Directions:
1. apply ahi dry rub to tuna steak. 2. sear tuna on high heat. 3. plate greens. 4. add scallions,celery, carrots, carnberries and rice. 5. drizzle with sesame ginger dressing. 6. thin slice ahi and place on top of salad. 7. sprinkle with crushed macadaima nuts and sesame seeds. 8. top with fried wonton strips. 9. serve with wasabi aoli on the side. |
