Ingredients:
4 cups ahi, minced |
1/2 cup onion, minced |
1/4 cup green onion, minced |
1 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
3 tablespoons white truffle oil |
1/2 tablespoon sambal olek |
hawaiian salt to taste |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Season ahi with Hawaiian salt. Add all ingredients, mix well then chill. |
