A refreshing summer drink Ingredients:
2 cups cold water |
2 cups papayas, peeled, seeded and chopped into cubes |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, combine water, papaya, sugar, and lime juice until smooth. 2. Pour mixture through a strainer into a pitcher, forcing through most of the pulp. 3. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving. 4. Serve with or without ice cubes. 5. As a decorative touch, add slices or chunks of papaya. |
