1 cup orange juice |
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
1 frozen banana (chopped) |
1/4 cup frozen or fresh strawberries |
honey to taste |
Directions:
1. Blend 1 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt, 1 frozen banana (chopped), 1/4 cup frozen or fresh strawberries and honey to taste. |
