Mmm...a cool, fruity smoothie on a hot day! This is an official Five A Day recipe. Ingredients:
1 pint strawberry, washed and stemmed |
2 bananas, peeled and cut into chunks |
1/2 cup plain yogurt or 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt |
1/2 cup orange juice |
2 tablespoons honey |
3 cups ice cubes, divided |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except 1 1/2 cups ice cubes in blender; blend on high speed until smooth, scraping down the side occasionally. 2. Add remaining ice and blend until smooth. 3. Serve immediately. |
