Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsweetened carob chips |
1/8 teaspoon 100 percent pure mint oil. (spearmint, wintergreen, cinnamon) |
suggested garnishes: sliced almonds, chopped coconut or chopped peanuts |
Directions:
1. In a small pan on medium heat, melt carob chips. Add mint oil. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of melted carob and mint oil into bottom of confection candy cups. Chill 10 minutes. Keep refrigerated |
