Serve with fruit and wafer biscuits - excellent with coffee Ingredients:
8 ounces ricotta cheese |
4 ounces chocolate, grated |
2 ounces roasted almonds, chopped |
1 tablespoon tia maria (or other coffee liqueur) |
1/4 pint cream |
Directions:
1. Beat ricottta and grated chocolate well together. 2. Add remining ingredients and stir through. 3. Pile into bowl and serve. |
