Quick and easy to prepare slow cooker supper! Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken, white meat, meat only |
1 onion, chopped |
2 teaspoons garlic, minced |
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes |
1 tsp minced fresh ginger |
1 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp black pepper |
1 tbs lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in slower cooker. Cover cook on Low 6 to 8 hours or on High 3 to 4 hours. Serve over couscous. |
