Amarula is a sweet cream liqueur manufactured in South Africa and has the taste of slightly fruity caramel.

Ingredients:

1 3/4 ounces amarula cream liqueur

3/4 ounce cointreau orange liqueur

brown sugar

ice

Directions:

1. Cover moistened rim of a cocktail glass with brown sugar.
2. Fill glass with crushed ice.
3. Pour cointreau over ice, followed by amarula cream.
