Sounds interesting. Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans red beans |
1 large onion, chopped |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
3 medium tomatoes, chopped |
1 tablespoon tomato paste |
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Saute onions and garlic in oil until onion is transparent. 2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. 3. Serve over rice. |
