Tender melt in mouth chicken-a favourite after tandoori chicken. This is devoured in road side restaurants here (in New Delhi India) and is delicious! Ingredients:
1 chicken (cut into pieces) |
1 tablespoon melon seeds |
1 cup cashew nuts |
1 tablespoon poppy seed (soaked for 1 hour) |
1 cup cream |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 teaspoons powdered black pepper |
5 -6 green cardamoms |
salt |
Directions:
1. Grind together the melon seeds , poppy seeds , pepper and cardamoms 2. Prick the chicken pieces in 2-3 places. 3. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and marinate for 5-6 hours. 4. Grill in a oven till golden and serve hot. |
