I love Affogato & I found this recipe for the Mexican version in Australian Good Taste. Ingredients:
125 ml freshly brewed espresso coffee |
60 ml gold tequila |
60 ml coffee liqueur |
4 scoops vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. Combine the coffee, tequila and coffee liqueur in a heatproof jug. 2. Spoon the ice-cream among serving glasses. Pour over the coffee mixture and serve immediately. |
