I love coconut, I love pecans and the brandy ain't bad either!!! Ingredients:
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream |
1 cup pecan halves, toasted |
1 cup coconut, toasted |
1/4 cup brandy or 1/4 cup bourbon |
Directions:
1. Soften ice cream. 2. Mix everything together. 3. Re-freeze. |
