Chicken ala Kermit Ingredients:
1/2 kg frog legs |
1 clove garlic, crushed |
3 tbsp oil |
3 tbsp soy sauce |
1 tbsp vinegar |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a wok 2. Fry garlic until golden brown 3. Stir fry frog legs until brown 4. Add soy sauce and vinegar and simmer for 5 minutes 5. Season with salt and pepper |
