Adam's 5 Minute Fat Free No Sugar Added Pumpkin Cheesecake

Each serving is 1/2 cup. I found this recipe on Obesity Help. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
2 ounces sugar free cheesecake jell-o pudding mix (2 boxes)
4 cups skim milk
15 ounces 100% pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
4 scoops vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute (pref. brown, but regular works)
whipped cream (optional)
sugar free smuckers caramel (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix the following in a large mixing bowl (an electric mixer works best but you can do it by hand).
2. Chill for 5 mins in the fridge then dive in mouth first!
3. *Top with a bit of whipped cream and/or Smuckers Sugar Free CARAMEL topping.
4. * Put your Cheesecake in an individual serving size Keebler Reduced Fat Ready Graham Crust.
5. ( Each mini Pie Crust has 110 cal, 5 gm fat, 6 gm sugar. ).
6. * Or if you want to make your own pie crust.
